01

Purpose and scope

Azixa respects copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual-property rights. This policy explains how a rights holder may report material displayed or linked through Azixa. References to the US DMCA apply only where that law and procedure are applicable.

02

Platform and ownership

Original Azixa branding, text and interface materials are owned by or licensed to Azixa. Third-party product names, logos, software and content remain the property of their respective owners.

03

Authorization standard

Azixa may list or provide third-party access only where it has the necessary licence, permission or other lawful basis. A no-affiliation statement or this policy does not replace authorization. A membership does not create permission to redistribute third-party accounts, software or assets.

04

Submitting a complaint

  • Your full legal name and reliable contact information.
  • Identification of the protected work or trademark.
  • The exact Azixa URL and a clear description of the reported material.
  • Evidence that you own the right or are authorized to act for the owner.
  • A good-faith statement and a statement that the information is accurate.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.
05

Copyright contact

Send notices to azixaOfficialsupport@gmail.com with the subject “Copyright/IP Complaint”. This email is available to members and non-members. Include the information listed above; do not send passwords, cookies, OTPs or payment credentials.

06

Review and action

We may acknowledge the notice, request missing information, investigate the identified material, preserve relevant records and restrict or remove material where appropriate. Valid legal requests will be handled without unnecessary delay.

Any mandatory notice, restriction, preservation or court-order deadlines take priority over this general process. A complaint alone is not a final determination of ownership or infringement.

07

Disputing a removal

If you believe material was restricted in error, identify the removed material and its former URL, provide your contact details and explain your permission or legal basis for using it. Include a good-faith statement and signature. We will review the information and applicable law before deciding whether restoration is appropriate.

This is a general review route, not a statutory US DMCA counter-notification procedure. Where such a procedure applies, its full legal requirements and consequences must be supplied separately. Restoration is not automatic.

08

Repeat infringement

Accounts repeatedly involved in verified infringement may be restricted or terminated after an appropriate review, subject to applicable law.

09

False or abusive reports

A sender is responsible for the accuracy of a complaint. Knowingly false, misleading or abusive reports may create legal consequences.

10

Third-party platforms

Where the reported material exists only on a third-party provider’s platform, the rights holder may also need to contact that provider directly. Azixa will still review material or access that it controls.

11

Applicable law

Applicable Indian copyright and trademark law governs operations in India. Other legal requirements, including US DMCA procedures, apply only where relevant to the particular matter. Azixa does not claim a registered US DMCA designated agent or safe-harbour status through this page.
