Use a compatible desktop
Confirm the supported browser and device in the current member instructions. A mobile-friendly website does not mean every tool works on mobile.
Get the official package
Use only the extension download linked from your Azixa member dashboard. Follow the exact current instructions provided with it.
Complete the setup
If a ZIP package is provided, follow the dashboard guide for extraction and installation. The package contents and browser steps can change, so use the supplied guide.
Return to the tool
Open the supported tool from the member dashboard. If it fails, note the tool name and visible error and use member support.
