01

Definitions and acceptance

These Terms apply to azixa.in, its member dashboard, support and the digital membership services you purchase. Read these Terms together with the Privacy and Refund policies before placing an order. The applicable terms must be available to you before you accept them.

  • “Azixa”, “we” and “our” mean the business operating azixa.in. Our listed location is Kolkata, West Bengal, India. Contact: azixaOfficialsupport@gmail.com. The legal operating name and complete postal address remain to be confirmed.
  • “You” means the person purchasing or using the service.
  • “Third-party service” means a product or platform operated by another provider.
02

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering this agreement. Account and payment information must be accurate and current.

03

Service description

Azixa provides an organized digital membership experience. Current plan inclusions, supported devices, access methods and usage limits are displayed before purchase. Access is a limited right to use the applicable service during the purchased term; it is not ownership of any third-party product.

  • Availability and functionality may depend on external providers.
  • Features and access methods may differ by plan.
  • Material changes affecting an active plan will be communicated where reasonably practicable.

Category pages describe possible uses, not a guaranteed inventory. The exact providers, features, activation time and limits must be stated in the offer before payment. Membership does not automatically include a personal provider account or transferable software licence.

04

Third-party services and trademarks

Third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. A listing does not imply affiliation or endorsement. Azixa will offer third-party access only where it has an applicable right or authorization to do so.

05

Account and device responsibility

One purchased plan allows one device login. This is a membership usage rule, not a claim that a permanent device lock is installed. Protect your login details and do not transfer, resell or share access.

  • Never send passwords, browser cookies, OTPs or payment PINs to support.
  • Ask support about changing your device before switching; the procedure must be explained before purchase.
  • Report suspected unauthorized access promptly. Account activity will be assessed fairly; this clause does not make you automatically liable for a security failure outside your control.
06

Acceptable and fair use

Services must be used lawfully and within the limits shown for the selected plan.

  • No credential sharing, resale or unauthorized access.
  • No unauthorized scraping, automated bulk use or security bypass. Provider limits apply; rights that cannot lawfully be restricted are preserved.
  • No activity that harms other users, providers or platform stability.
07

Payments, term and renewal

Prices, taxes, validity and renewal method are shown at checkout. Access begins after successful payment and activation. Unless checkout expressly states automatic renewal, a membership does not renew automatically. A receipt or payment confirmation should be retained.

08

Availability and support

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, infrastructure or third-party changes. Azixa will investigate verified problems and may provide restoration, replacement, validity extension or another remedy described in the Refund Policy.

A materially different replacement or validity extension requires your agreement and does not remove a refund or other remedy you are entitled to receive.

09

Suspension and termination

We may temporarily restrict access while investigating verified fraud, security abuse or a material violation. Immediate suspension may be used where necessary to protect users or systems. Where appropriate, the user will receive a reason and a route to request review.

Restrictions must be proportionate. A suspension does not automatically forfeit every payment; refund rights are considered under the Refund Policy and applicable law.

10

Warranty and liability

Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Users should save and export important work from third-party services.

11

Privacy and communications

Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Essential account and service notices may be sent by email or WhatsApp. Promotional messages require the applicable consent and may be opted out of.

12

Disputes and governing law

Indian law governs these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to your transaction. You may contact support to seek a resolution, but this is not a condition for exercising your legal rights. Nothing prevents you from approaching a competent consumer commission, court, regulator or payment provider.

13

Changes and contact

Material changes will be published with an updated effective date and communicated where required. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights arising from an existing purchase. Where consent is required, continued browsing alone is not treated as consent.
