Cookies

Necessary cookies support security and login sessions. Non-essential analytics or marketing technologies should be used only with the applicable choice or consent. Browser settings may block cookies, although essential account features may then stop working.

04

Website, extension and verification

The public website’s category search and buyer checklist work in the browser without submitting those entries through a form. Hosting requests may include IP address and browser information. This website also requests fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the corresponding resource request.

Some tools require the Azixa desktop browser extension. Its access functions involve tool-domain session/cookie handling, and verification checks the extension identity and approved build before supported access opens. The exact permissions, affected domains, tab/site-data actions, information sent to servers and retention periods must be verified against the deployed extension before this notice is finalized.

Review the extension’s permission notice before installation. This policy does not assert that the extension collects no data or has been security-audited.

05

Service providers

Information may be processed by hosting, membership, payment, security and communication providers as needed to deliver their functions. Any enabled analytics provider must also be disclosed. Provider names, processing locations and relevant notices are pending verification for this review copy.

06

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared with contracted service providers, to complete a customer-requested service, to protect users and systems, or when required by a valid legal process.

07

Security

We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards such as restricted access, encrypted connections and security monitoring. No online system is completely secure. Never send passwords, browser cookies, OTPs, card numbers or payment PINs through support.

08

Retention and deletion

Information is retained only for the time needed for the stated purpose, legal compliance, security, accounting or dispute resolution, then deleted or anonymized where appropriate. Account data is kept while needed to administer membership; transaction records may be retained for accounting or legal obligations; support and security records are retained only while their purpose or a legal requirement continues. The actual schedules and deletion process must be verified before this notice becomes effective.

09

Third-party workspaces

Do not place confidential, personal, client or payment information inside a shared or third-party environment unless the applicable service expressly provides an authorized private workspace. Do not assume that a shared workspace is private. Azixa must assess and prevent unintended exposure between customers; a warning does not replace that responsibility.

10

  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • Withdraw optional consent and opt out of marketing.

Some infrastructure providers may process information outside the user’s state or country. Any such processing will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements and appropriate contractual or technical safeguards.

13

14

Policy updates

Material updates will be posted with a revised effective date and notified where required.
